As busy women who run our own businesses, it grounds us to eat smart, work efficiently, and find joy in life's daily activities. Prioritizing our bodies and minds allows us to be better in everything we do.
I love to entertain and go out to new restaurants, eating well on the other days has brought me balance. With this love it is my pleasure to collaborate with Julie in designing our Healthy Habits monthly meals for like minded people.
